I follow and summer is my favorite time of year because it means BBQa and cookouts, camping and lots of sun. It also means mosquitoes and sunblock but I do love summer.

Normally this time of year is winter for me, because I'm from New Zealand, but this year I'm living in Korea. I think on of the things I'm most exicited about is the prospect of having my birthday in Summer ^^

My birthday is 15 July and at home that is usually the coldest time of the year - rain, wind, hail, storms, freezing weather!

But this year I'm hoping to have a picnic outdoors with my friends as eating outside is one of the best things about the summer (as long as you don't forget sunscreen and insect repellant!)

And I think you know what we're going to do as well :)
I found a Québec bandanna (blue, covered with white fleur de lys) to make my daugther a bandanna dress for our national day! can't wait to see how it's gonna come out!

I'm a follower!! I am celebrating by having a healthy summer foods dinner with Seth and then a small private ceremony for myself. Later in the day I may go outside to see if I can see a fairy. :)

Every year I do the same thing. Early I go to the beach, and sit and meditate till the sun comes up, then I go in the ocean and cleanse myself and my aura with the salt water (this can be quite chilly, but worth it) then in the evening I build a fire on my patio and burn sage, laveneder, and sunflower seeds, and thank the goddess for the wonderful weather and ask she returns the same next year!

I follow! I'm stuck at work most of the day tomorrow, but I plan to celebrate Litha when I get home with mead, sparklers and cakes! :)

I'm a follower of course! Midsummer is a wonderful time. We usually BBQ and have some outdoor fun. I usually leave a small offering outside for the fairies and bask in the sun for a bit myself.

I'm like Trees, here we're heading Winter tomorrow, but in Litha I love preparing a breakfast picnic with my little witch and making crafts with him. And of course, I follow you. :o)
Wish you a lovely sabbath, and thanks for the giveaway!

Kisses from Nydia.

I'm a follower!

For the actual solstice, I spent the day celebrating my son's HS graduation. This weekend I will do a real ritual, gather ritual water for the year from the ocean, and have a big feast featuring food from my garden!
